VOTE: The Game!! pits Obama vs Romney in a cartoon battle for Presidency

This year's political race is shaping up to be one of the most important, and vicious, races we've ever seen in America. As we rapidly approach November, the mudslinging will only continue to get worse as the debates get more heated.

With the country divided now more than ever on just about every topic, it's only fitting that a company try to make light of and capitalize on the situation. In this case it happens to be Chair Entertainment, the developer of Infinity Blade.

VOTE!! The Game is a new comedic cartoon-style political slugfest that pits President Barack Obama again Mitt Romney in a "slapstick battle for the White House".

Prior to each showdown, you can choose to play as President Obama or candidate Mitt Romney. You can dress them in a number of outfits and equip crazy weapons like a rubber "Balloon of Justice" sword or microphone before battling it out in iconic arenas like the Oval Office and the White House Lawn.

VOTE!! The Game plays similar to Infinity Blade where you swipe on the screen to attack and tap it to dodge opponent attacks. If only all political debates could be handled in such a fashion. We'd certainly make more progress.

Despite it's comedic take on the whole campaign race, VOTE!! The Game does actually serve a legitimate purpose. Produced alongside Rock the Vote, which is currently also partnered with Assassin's Creed 3, VOTE!! The Game's actual purpose is to attract unregistered votes to actually register. Inside of the game are links to voter registration forms as well as information on both candidates' stance on key issues.

"We’re excited to join forces with Rock the Vote to help emphasize the importance of voter registration and encourage gamers to become more involved in the political process," said Chair Entertainment creative director Donald Mustard.

Best of all, VOTE!! The Game is available right now! You can download the game for your iOS device from the iTunes store.
