NewsBest Buy strikes first with Black Friday preview of video game sales
Kicking off the Holiday Season, Best Buy is looking to strike first by previewing the can't-say-no deals they'll be offering come Black Friday. Retail giant Best Buy has released a preview of their Black Friday event which will drop the prices for many video games and electronics to enticing levels.
Included in the advertisement is a Microsoft Xbox 360 250GB Holiday Bundle which packs Forza Motorsport 4 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim along with all of the Xbox LIVE goodies for just $199.99.
Perhaps you're in the mood for handhelds? The retailer is also offering the Nintendo 3DS with Super Mario 3D Land already pre-installed for $149.99. The Vita, which has struggled to move units since its launch earlier this year, will also be available as a bundle with Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified for $199.99.
Then, of course, we have the Wii with the very popular Skylanders Giants. The Skylanders: Giants Starter Pack for the Nintendo Wii will be available for $49.99, a savings of $25.
There are also a ton of accessories being offered for $34.99 each including a PS3 controller, an Xbox 360 Wirless Controller, and a Turtle Beach Ear Force X12 Gaming Headset for Xbox 360.
To think, this is only what one retailer is offering come Black Friday. As usual, we'll keep you updated with all of the promotions as they are announced! What is missing from this advertisement, however, is the Nintendo Wii U which is set to release just a few days before on November 18. Will we not see any Wii U deals for Black Friday?
The Best Buy Black Friday promotion will be effective from November 22, 2012 until November 24, 2012.
