Thief "Uprising" Gamescom trailer reveals release date

After revealing the box art for Thief, Eidos-Montreal has released the Thief Gamescom 2013 trailer, titled "Uprising." It shows Garrett, the series protagonist, explaining the current state of affairs between the wealthy and poor, and justifying why he steals.

Zombie-free survival MMO Nether coming this fall

The PC title is set in a post-apocalyptic future — zombie-free — and is inspired by DayZ. Players must survive while figuring out what happened that changed mankind. They can work together, forging alliances, or venture alone. Either way, their actions and decisions shape their stories in persistent online worlds. Up to 64 players can fit on a server at one time to help strike a balance between isolation and community.

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs will make you squeal for its new release date

According to a Tweet by game developer The Chinese Room, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is back and sporting a shiny new release date. If you recall, the original release date was pre-Halloween 2012. The current release date is September 10th, 2013 – nearly a year difference. We’ve had to wait so long to be helplessly assaulted by horrible monsters while we hide in closets clinging to dear life.
