The Elder Scrolls Online to have 16 regular dungeons, 6 master dungeons at launch

With every MMORPG, there's always concern among players that there won't be enough end game content following launch. For The Elder Scrolls Online, there will be 16 regular dungeons and 6 master dungeons at launch, we were told by Bethesda at PAX Prime this past weekend.

Master dungeons, as it was explained to us, are a "continuation for the story of a dungeon you've already played." As such, the master dungeons are expanded, larger versions with different paths you can follow, as well as different enemies and a different story. And it's harder, of course.

We were also told that the normal group size for dungeons are four, but that adventure zones will allow up to 24 players, the game's "max designed group size." Adventure zones will have content for four-person groups, as well as 24-group content.

The Elder Scrolls Online doesn't yet have a release date, but Bethesda is continuously inviting players to partake in the beta. I haven't been invited yet, but I did get some decent hands-on time with the game at PAX Prime. You can read my preview here.
