In theory, you could've purchased these through Amazon all this time through, either through third-party outlets, trade-ins, or through old stock, in the overall Video Games hub. The only difference now is that Amazon has organized all of these into one simple section for your convenience.

New items are valued much higher, usually ranging from $90 to $200. Of course, if you don't care about collectibles and only care to relive and enjoy the more simplistic days of gaming, you can purchase the items used for about $5 to $15.
