Connie game all Over the TV….
CONNIE TALBOT On Nintendo Wii…..
Data Design Interactive – a
successful video games publisher and games developer, are pleased with the
progress of their game “Connie Talbot: Over the Rainbow” title is now coming
near to completion ready in time for the eagerly anticipated Q1 2009 release.
Soon to be released on Nintendo Wii,
PC and PS2, the “Connie Talbot: Over The Rainbow” game was featured heavily in
an ITV Central program due to air on today, 18th December 2008, titled
“Christmas with Connie”; A documentary about the young starlet and her
astronomic rise in the international music scene since featuring on the ITV
“Britain’s Got Talent” TV show. The show tracks Connie’s year since first
appearing on the show, making music videos around the world, appearing on major
US TV shows such as Oprah Winfrey and Ellen, and touching the hearts of all that
hear her sing.
First news of the title’s
development prompted an unprecedented demand for information about the project
from all aspects of the media, including radio stations, TV and broadcast news
channels and the regular video game press, and Connie’s current #1 single sales
in the US billboard chart has taken the clamour for news now to the
international stage!
The “Connie Talbot: Over The
Rainbow” video game features 15 tracks from the similarly titled debut album,
with the player singing along using the bundled microphone, unlocking bonus
footage, bonus tracks, pictures and information about the Connie.
Now she is to appear in her very own
console game, which will feature 15 fantastic tracks from her best selling debut
album Over the Rainbow, including stunning renditions of John Lennon’s
“Imagine”, “Any Dream Will Do”, “What a Wonderful World” and Bob Marley’s reggae
classic “Three Little Birds”. In the game, the player will be able to sing along
with Connie in the fantastic karaoke mode, or with other friends or family
members in multiplayer fun.
2007 The public first met Connie,
when she came 2nd in the show, since then Connie’s popularity grow – and not
only in the UK…with the new version of her debut album ‘Over The Rainbow’ going
gold in four countries and straight into the top spot in a number of Asian
charts, European tours underway, and a US deal under her belt, Connie is taking
the world by storm! Connie takes everything in her stride. She has already
claimed 2 UK records, according to the Guinness Book of Records, for the
youngest artist ever in the charts, and the youngest to receive a Gold disc.
