Commader Keen
As discovered by Cacodemon, Commander Keen was a classic PC game from id Software that followed the story of Billy Blaze (the kid who wore the helmet – who apparently died on Mars) as he traveled through space solving mysteries.

Apparently, Vault-tec helped create the vaults in DOOM… Which may be for better or worse, depending on how you look at it.

Terminator
In almost every game you'll ever play, you'll find that standing in fire is a bad idea. Typically it will result in death, however, in DOOM standing in firey hot lava will call back to Terminator 2 (but you'll still die).
The thumbs up in the Terminator was a bit more emotional than Bethesda's, but they pulled it off pretty well.

The highly anticipated Bethesda first-person shooter, DOOM, has officially released into the hands of the public. While the game itself comes with a number of multiplayer modes, as well as a campaign, Bethesda has hidden plenty of goodies in the game.
There are Easter Eggs for a number of their other games, as well as movie tie-ins and references to other games – even other DOOM games.
In fact, Bethesda has hidden several classic DOOM levels within the newly released DOOM. How many levels they have hidden away has yet to be seen, but we do know of at least one level (as referenced in the image above). Another classic DOOM Easter Egg is the inclusion of the Super Turbo Turkey Puncher 3 arcade game, as revealed by Redditor Terrordrone, who gifted us with an image of it (as seen below):
As for the rest of the Easter Eggs, you can find them on the following pages, we were scared of spoilers. If any more are found, we will update the list.
