For Honor went through a couple of servers issues at launch with the rollout of its P2P servers. As a result, some players weren't able to access the game and lost some of their time in Champion Status. In order to make up for this, Ubisoft has announced a special event and bonus for all players beginning this weekend.
All players, regardless of platform, will get a free 3-day Champion Status taking place this weekend from March 3-5th (Friday – Sunday). The Champion Status provides a number of bonuses, most importantly extra salvage gear and an XP Boost. The full list of benefits are as follows
- More Salvage from dismantling Gear
- More end-match Loot
- +25% XP Boost
- 3 Exclusive Champion Emblems
- An Exclusive Champion Icon next to your name
- +10% XP Boost for all players on your team
- Champion Statuses stack (i.e.: if you bought the Season Pass, you will get 3 extra days)
There will also be a community-wide order issued and will allow players double the amount of steel usually earned. Ubisoft also released the first major patch for For Honor today, which is live now on all platforms. For Honor is available now on Xbox One, PS4, and PC
