Link and crew celebrate Christmas in Hyrule

Ever since E3, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been at the top of every Nintendo fan's mind. We've seen some details since then, such as two new trailers and even though Breathe of the Wild is rumored to miss the release of the Nintendo Switch, it doesn't mean the team isn't hard at work developing and hyping the game up.

Nintendo has released some festive concept art of Link and Hyrule. One of which is a simple concept image of Link, with apparent details and a look at his new hairdo.

We also get a look at Christmas in Hyrule, with Link and a wolf hiding away inside a little hutch while a monster is out playing with what seems to be a Snow Moblin (like a snowman but a bit uglier).

Lastly, we see an image of Link in front of a lean-to and a campfire in the cold reaches of Hyrule. This image looks a bit more like a stylized version of the actual game engine and really gets us excited to see the cold north of Hyrule.

The Legend of Zelda celebrates its 30's anniversary next year and Breath of the Wild seems to be one hell of a way to celebrate it, being the most ambitious looking Zelda yet. We'll have to wait until sometime in 2017, although it is rumored to be in March 2017. We do know that it will be released on Wii U and the Nintendo Switch.
