Roger Rabbit hitting Blu-ray like a ton of bricks

One of my favorite movies of my childhood, and probably of all-time, is Who Framed Roger Rabbit?. So I find it sad that I don't own the movie on DVD when it's one of my favorites. Thankfully, Disney is releasing the Who Framed Rogger Rabbit? 25th Anniversary Edition — and it's on Blu-ray!

It's going to be more than just drooling at Jessica Rabbit in on Blu-ray, ya pervs. The 25th Anniversary Edition comes with three digitally restored Roger Rabbit shorts.

As the best live-action/cartoon blend movie ever made, this is a very appropriate way to celebrate the 25th anniversary. If you've never seen it, then what the hell is wrong with you? Who Framed Roger Rabbit? is the story of toon-hating private detective Eddie Valiant (played by Bob Hoskins) helping falling star Roger Rabbit find out who framed him for murder. You got Christopher Lloyd, the sexy Jessica Rabbit, Toon Town, Baby Herman and a cast of great characters and unforgettable scenes. And Betty Boop is a cigarette girl in a jazz lounge.

There's no official release date or statement from Disney yet, but I'm definitely hoping for sooner rather than later. Check back for a release date when one finally gets announced.

Now, Scotch on the rocks… and I MEAN ICE!
