Rumor: Devil May Cry 5 to be timed exclusive on PS4

But with no Xbox release.

Details on Devil May Cry 5 have been leaking since the beginning of November. The first leak detailed that the game will be announced at the upcoming PlayStation Experience (PSX) event and will feature Dante, Vergil, and Nero as playable characters.

The second leak changed the reveal from PSX to E3 2018, reaffirmed that multiple characters would be playable, and much more. Now, the leaker of the second leak has returned with a bit of new information on the game, which was suspected since the very first leak.

It is being said that Devil May Cry 5 will have timed exclusivity on the PlayStation 4. Unfortunately, detailed suggest that once this exclusivity period is done, the game will not make a release on the Xbox One. After the game releases on the PS4, it is expected to release on PC later.

Additionally, the leaker added that the game is being developed in Unreal Engine 4.
