During E3 last week, Bethesda made a number of announcements regarding their now six-year-old game Skyrim. PlayStation 4 is getting a VR version of Skyrim, as well as a version of Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch, the latter of which we may have gotten a release date for.
Amazon recently listed The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Switch with a November 28 date attached. Tuesday releases are pretty standard for Nintendo, so this may be more than just a placeholder.
Skyrim comes to the Switch with unique gameplay features, including motion controls for combat, additional look with compatible Zelda amiibo, and more. You can even walk around Skyrim as the Hero of Hyrule!
The game's description reads:
"The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch includes all-new gameplay features like motion controls for combat and lockpicking, outfits and gear from The Legend of Zelda, plus additional loot unlocked from compatible The Legend of Zelda amiibo. Take down enemies with the Master Sword, protect yourself with the Hylian Shield or look heroic in the Champion’s Tunic. The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch also includes all official add-ons: Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn."
If the date ends up being confirmed, you can find the confirmation right here on GameZone.
