Taking place in-between
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of the Memories from the Gameboy Advanced and
Kingdom Hearts 2
, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days is readying Roxas’ first
solo title. Going through his time in Organization XIII, Roxas finally gets his
own back-story.

Gameplay wise, it’s not
card based at all – rather it’s all action-oriented in similar fashion to the
PlayStation 2 versions. Permitting players with the same abilities from the PS2
iterations, players will conjure up magic, summon in legendary Disney
characters, and go into melee combat with enemies within the environments. Only
one level was shown off as Roxas makes his way about Agrabah with Princess
Jasmine and Aladdin providing cameos. Outside of those two, only Mickey Mouse
was available to be revealed to show his friendly face through Roxas’ adventure.
