Positive Self Image
Just take out six Bandit Technicals and pick up the parts. Get back to Ellie and place the parts in her garage to end this.
Too Close For Missiles
This is one of my favourite side missions. You need to ramp into the Buzzard Camp. Just head outside Ellie's Garage and a bit to the right is a large rock which can be used as a ramp –
Hit the boost when you hit midway and you'll jump into the camp easy –
You can use your ride to kill the enemies. You can actually move inside the camp with the car you are in since there's a lot of space. Keep killing everyone first. Try to empty the camp before you get out of your ride. Even if it's destroyed don't worry. Just keep killing everyone. You cannot complete this mission without killing everyone – in other words, it'll make your life easier.
After that, pick up the gour Volleyballs and two Gas Cans. They are on top of the roofs some times so watch carefulyy and you can alway find things to jump on easy. After that you need to kill three Shirtless Men. These guys are tough but go in gunz blazin' and they will go down.
Cult Following: Eternal Flame
First, meet the leader who asks you to set five of his badits on fire and pick up their ashes – strange.
Cult Following: False Idols
Go to Scorch which is a fireant and kill it….. hmmm!
Cult Following: Lighting the Match
Objective: Take Matchstick to freighter
This one is total fun. You need to take Matchstick to the same place where you fought Captain Flynt. Go to his ship – right on top where you actually killed him and go to the right and place Matchstick on the atlar and burn him.
Cult Following: The Enkindling
You need to burn three effigy's first. You can do so from a distance, just use a fire weapon. Then get to the Enkindling place and you finally know what Clayton was planning on. Kill everyone (WARNING: You will face dozens of enemies at the same time, I hope you are on a high enough level to take the damage). Keep killing and get back to finish up.
Won't Get Fooled Again
Speak to everyone who is shown on the map. Then when you are asked to choose a killer, choose the one with the rocked launcher (I think…..) You also get to meet three celebs from the last game in this mission – Dr.Zed, Moxxy, and Marcus
Dr. Zed
Marcus
You can pick up a lost echo device which is next to Marcus –
.
Safe and Sound
You get this quest from Marcus in Sanctuary. He tells you that someone robbed his safe and wants you to get the things in it. Also, you can kill 25 Squatters while searching for the safe.
First you go to the camp of Sanctuary Squatters, kill everyone here and follow the safe which fell into the depths. The mission marker leads you to a place called Oozing Discharge. This place is filled to the brim with Crystalisks, Threshers and other bad things. Once you get to the end though you'll fight BLUE, the boss of all Crystalisks and surprisingly weak.
Get into your special skill mode (if applicable) and take it out. You can't miss the target since it's a realy big-ass kind of a giant crystalisk. Take the loot it drops and the chest is on it so get the cotents of the chest and when you go back to sanctuary, you should choose whom to give the pics to. Moxxy gives you a great shotgun.
Minecart Mischief
You get this from an OLD ECHO DEVICE in the area past the last mission in a place called the ABANDONED MINING SITE, just go to the exclamation mark on your map –
There's a cart nearby, jusst run behind it to push it forward and you will keep coming to a few airlocks. These places have a lot of enemies. Kill everything and use the wheel there to open the airlocks and in the end you will reach the crusher. Push the minecart into the crusher and activate it. Then grab the pure Eridium and TURN IN! here itself….
The Cold Shoulder
Get to the place – this is the same area where you first fought the lab rats. Kill everyone here and look around for the mags. The first one is in the broken car in the center of the area –
The second is to the left platform on top of a box –
The third is a bit straight from the second one –
After the three mags, go to the Crystalisk area and kill all the Crystalisks to have peace of mind while collecting the flowers. Kill everything – go around and make sure you killed every Rat, Crystalisk and Rakk. The flowers look like this –
They can be found around the central area and are really easy to spot. After you get five of them go to the last place where you need to grab food. Take the pizza slices. Three are clearly visible in and around the car here. The fourth is on top of the broken concrete slab on top of the car. You can jump up there by jumping on top of the car. The last one is to the left of the car on top of another broken concrete slab –
This one is high up and you cannot jump there from down here. You need to go on top from the right back to the Frigid Cleft area and walk to the end of the bridge here. This is the same bridge where you fight the first lab rats –
05 41 02
Look down from the edge and jump off the edge and take the last part and all that's left to do is Un-brainwash Laney.
Swallowed Whole
NOTE: Make sure you have atleast one shock weapon before you start this. You can pick up some shock grenade mods while doing this if you are lucky but you need to be on lvl18 to be able to use them anyway.
You will pass thru a place which is infested by lab rats. Kill all of them and look for loot – one of them drops a shock grenade mod which is useful for this mission. It's not a great mod but if you don't have any other shock weapon and if you are on or above lvl18 then this is the way to go. You will also see a room with shock blocking your way –
This room has three wires coming out of it. Look at them – one starts from the top of the door and branches into three. They lead you to three switches, one is already switched off.
Switch off the other two and the room is open for loot Look for shorty and you get to know that he's been swallowed by some monster Stalker. Follow it inside all the way killing everything in your way. Once you get to it, you know what you need to do. Just go crazy – and don't forget to use the shock weapons you have. Target the "Sinkhole" and your job will be done.
.
Perfectly Peaceful
This mission just involves collecting the four echo devices while killing the stipulaed amount of enemies – routine stuff.
Splinter Group
First go to Moxxy's and pick up the pizza which is on the table –
Head to the Group's hideout and buzz yourself in. The door on the ground opens and you need to jump inside. This is the Rat's Nest. Place the Pizza on the table as shown and wait for the rats to come out. If you did not recognize the pattern yet, then this mission is a parody of Mutant Ninja Turtles. Even the names of the rats match with those of the turtules. Kill the four rats and you can end this.
Out of Body Experience
Pick up the AI to get this mission –
Go into the Bloodshot Ramparts and keep going till you reach the body of an empty constructor. Install the AI core.
The AI turns rogue so destroy the constructor and pick up the AI again. Then head to the next location and this time it's a WAR Loader. Again, the AI turns rogue so destroy it and head to Moxxy's place back in sanctuary. Find the radio inside and install the core in it. WOW! that song sucked….. Take out the core again and now finally you can take it to either Marcus or Zed to get a gun or shield respectively – they aren't that great at all so it doesn't really matter what you do.

The Name Game
You get this from Hammerlock. Kill 15 Bullymongs in Three Horns Divide and search the loot piles. Then you'll need to shoot the projectiles – just shoot the rocks which the mongs throw at you while they are still in mid-air. Kill five more and return to end the mission.
No-Vacancy
You'll find this in the Job Board in the Pig Motel. Turn on the Steam Pump. You'll need to find a Valve, Caoacitor and GearBox from other places and get them here to this pump. Go get the stuff, the valve is on top of another pump Just move to the left and use the box here to get up and shoot the ladder to make it fall down to grab the valve. Return and fix all three parts to end the mission.
Neither Rain nor Sleet nor Skags
You get this from the Pig's Motel Bounty Board. All you need to do is deliver five packages in bandit territoy while being shot at. The second Package may be hard to reach so you may need to jump on the rocks and onto the roof from the left of where you see the marker.

You need to collect five shields and drop them in the grinder – just stand in front of it and drop on and wait for the grinding to start and continue. The last mission involves a test, get to the Hyperion camp and use the cannon – things are going to get really funny in this one.
Clan War
This is another great set of missions. Ellie is the master mind behind all of the missions. This involves you sparking a clan war between two groups of Bandits.
Bandit Slaughter

The Good, The Bad, and the Mordecai
A great long mission. First you need to get to the Dust and look for Carson. After you get his location, you will try to free him from a Hyperion Prison. After that, you get the location of the stash and get into a Tuxican Standoff. Just kill the two guys and take the loot.
Note for Self-Person
This takes place in the Rat Maze. First Make your way through the maze until you reach outside to a clearing then smash the ice away from the box of loot. Kill Crank when he pops out of the loot and Turn in.
Best Mothers Day Ever
This is an extension of Hammrlock's mission. You need to get to a place and kill a Thresher which killed Hammerlock's friend. Then grab the shield.
.
You.Will.Die.(Seriously)
You get this quest from Tannis after you return to Sanctuary after defeating the warrior. This quest is the toughest one you will play thru in the game and if you try to do it in the early stages of the game then you are going to have a hell of a time. You'll face a level 52 Thresher called Terramorphous the Invincible –
Unfortuntely, you are going to die many many times – the thing has no weakness and the oly way you can get it is by levelling up as much as you can. You need to play all the side mission and kill each and every enemy in Pandora many times over to be able to go and face the Terramorphous. Best of luck doing it – this is the ultimate enemy.
Wildlife Preservation
Objective: Find Mordecai in the Preserve
Head to the preserve and before you enter, make sure you are atleast on lvl 19 or you are going to feel really stupid for coming here…. like I did. Do side missions to get your level up for now and come back later. Even if you did not do a single side mission till now and worked hard to get across all the missions – your days of being a maverick stop now. Come back once you are on lvl 19…
The enemies you'll be fighting are Stalkers and Skags. Both come in various levels and with different elemental effects – the Skags which you face are especially dangerous. Anyway, move into the preserve and start blasting and Mordecai helps you to kill some of the Stalkers himself. Go on top of the mountain path to the left of the marker.
You'll come into Casa de Mordecai. Talk to him and he tells you about Bloodwing. Now, infiltrate the shipping yard Just go down and start blasting like a maniac. There are only loaders in this area and after you take out the first wave, another wave comes in. Use the switch near the door in the end to open the gate and this is when more reinforcements come in. You'll move into the Preserve Dockyard next. There's a Badass Rakk flying around on top of you. Kill it to avoid any confusion later on. Here you will also see a shielded door.
You can open the door by going to the place on top of it. Go from the right and then tuen left in the end and come on top of the place and hit the button you see there to open the field. Go to the next marked location and to the left are more Skag as you fall down along with a Corrosive Badass. You'll be able to find the first SLAG EXPERIMENT NOTES 1 (part of Doctor's Orders mission).
The next are has more Skags and one named as Tumbaa. This one is really tough to kill but keep shooting and it will fall. Kill the rest of the Skags and in the end you will reach a door with a switch, hit it. Go inside and you will be able to pick up SLAG SAMPLE 1 and 2 in this room.
Go out to the next place and you will need to fight a ton of loaders including a Super Badass Loader. Keep your distance from it and take your time killing it The next are is Specimen Maintainance. Go thru and you will see all of the holding cells are closed. Keep looking to your left and you will see a room with more Slag Samples inside. Continue till the end and in the last room to the left you will find SLAG SAMPLE 3. You will also find SLAG EXPERIMENT NOTES 2 here.
As you go ahead you will come into Bloodwing's Enclosure, pick up a feather. Now, be ready… Jack releases all the specimens at once. I suggest you get into your special power mode and start killing things as soon as possible. After you kill everthing go into the room where you saw the Slag Samples. You will need to pass thru it to reach the next area anyway. You will find SLAG SAMPLE 4 and 5 here. Go outside to the next place now and kill all the stalkers. Fall down to where they are and go to the right to the place the water is flowing into. You will find SLAG SAMPLE 6 here.
Now, a long way to the next area where you fight more Skags including a Badass Slag Skag. Kill everything here and also the loaders which are here. Go into the large place and you will find a Experimentation Greeter bot here. You will find a button behind the bot. Hit it to get a couple of guns. Then go inside and in the room to the right and in this area, you will be able to pick up three more Slag Samples.
Use the steps in the end to go up and pull the switch which comes to the left. This will release four chambers where some stalkers are residing. Kill them and look inside the last chamber and you will find the SLAG EXPERIMENTATIO NOTES 4 here.
You will also be able to pick up a LOST ECHO DEVICE in this area. And you will also find the SLAG SAMPLE 10 here. Once you get to the marked location, hit the button to open the door to the Observation Wing. Move inside and see what happens.
BLOODWING
Jack has been experimenting on Bloodwing…. You will need to kill it. Whenever Bloodwing tries to attack you, Mordecai tells you what the attack is. Just run or jump away and avoid the attack. Then resume shooting. In the end after Mordecai hits it with the Tranq, just pick up the Claptrap Upgrade –
Get out of this area and back to sanctuary and to Captrap. Install the device and go talk to Roland.
The Once and Future Slab
Objective: Meet the Slab King and Survive his Initiation
Take the note from Roland and head out. Use the fasttravel and you will go past Hunter's Bane. You'll come into Thousand Cuts soon and enter Slab Town. Kill all the bandits you come across and you will cross Broken Face Bridge after a while and then come into the building with the Slab King in it. Go to the left of this building and you can find a Borderlands symbol here which you can discover.
Use the stairs opposite to the closed entrace to get into the Buzzard Factory where the Slab King awaits you. Go inside the factory and you will need to survive the initiation. All kinds of bandits keep coming after you. It's advised that you go to the left and hide behind the pillars on the way and shoot anyone who comes your way. If you happen to die then do not go inside the factory stay near the entrance and kill from there –
There are a lot of Goliaths inside like the Super Badass Goliath, Ultimate Badass Towering Goliath and finally the GOD-liath.
After killing all of them or most of them, go inside and meet the Slab King. Deliver the note and go behind him. Once you go out you will need to destroy the four targeting beacons to stop the mortars which Jack is shooting. Go behind Brick killing everything in your way and destroy each Beacon after he takes down the shield and then get back to Sanctuary to end this mission.
The Man Who Would Be Jack
Objective: Kill Jack's Double and Pick up double's pocketwatch
You'll need to travel to Oppurtunity. Kill your way thru all the Loaders. Near the place where the mission target is, you will find a LOST ECHO –
You should be able to locate his double around the target area. He can be difficult to spot since he;s really skinny –
He should be easy to kill though. Just do it and pick up the Pocketwatch which completes the first objective of the mission. Now, go to the info kiosk nearby and use it.
Objective: Get more voice samples
You need to get four more voice samples for Angle to be able to reconstruct Jack's voice successfully. You will see the locations of all four kiosks on the map. Just go to each one of them and activate them to get the sample. You can run to the next one after you activate the present one – there's no need to stay there till the recording finishes. Then you need to go to the final point and upload the voice samples to Angel.
Retreive the voice modulator – you'll speack in Jack's voice till the end of the mission now. Get back to Roland.
Where Angles Fear to Tread
This is one long mission… try to get a corrosive weapon if possible since the bots you're gonna face don't really like corrosive.
Objectives: Convince Claptrap to Help and Deactive the barrier
Go to our master Claptrap and talk to it. Fortunately his goals coincide with ours for now. Head to Thousand Cuts and thru the Slab territory. Clappy is waiting for you. Talk to it and it will tell you it's master plan of destruction. Now, you'll reach the Competitor Deterrence Field. Claptrap disables the field for us so just move in.
Objective: Destroy Bunker
You'll fight all sorts of Loaders and other bots here. If you do have a nice corossive weapon then you're in luck. If you also are on lvl 25 or higher then you will have an easy time killing everything. You will also face several Hyperion Soldiers and a Constructor in the end of this path. Destroy any turrets if you come across them. After you blow up the constructor, go to it's left and onto the road to the end.
Avoid the red marks on the ground since they are mortar targeting points. You'll reach a closed gate in the end. Destroy the two turrets on the door and the gate will open for you – revealing a ton of enemies. After you kill them you'll reach the Control Core Supply Depot. A Badass Constructor falls into the battle. This can be really bad if you don't shoot straight now. If you cannot face the constructor directly then go stand outside behind the gates and try to snipe it or use a rocket launcher on it. After you destroy the badass constructor go ahead and towards the target points. Then you will enter the Bunker.
You will see the security door blocking your way to the vault key. To open the door, you will need to destroy the bunker first. Go up on top and destroy the 11 auto cannos which are shooting down the Slab support copters. You will face a ton of resistance here in the form of all kinds of bots. After you take out all the cannons, you'll see what the bunker really is –
BNK3R 00101010
This is going to get messy…. You'll need to destroy that huge flying machine while fending off bots. You ought to go back down to where the vending machines are – then the bunker comes up on your head like this –
If you have a rocket launcher, now's the time to use it. The Bunker keeps moving around so you may need to move. It can take a ton of damage. Kill off all the bots int your way before you take out the bunker and also try to destroy the auto cannons on it so that the slabs can help you. You'll probably spend a lot of time if you are on a lower level. Once you destroy it. The door opens.
Objective: Open the security door and Steal the Vault Key
After you finish off the Bnk3r go thru the door and say the password into the machine. Hit the elevator button to descend into the Control Core and go thru it. Enter the Control Core Angel and go inside, hit the switch to get a look at Angel.
Now then, we finally got to Angel. You'll need to destroy the three Eridium Injectors on top to open the force field –
For each injector you need to open, you will face several waves of enemies which include a special type of bot called the Angel Guard Bots. You will soon get help from your friends. Take the Vault key after you release Angel and talk to Roland to end the mission.
Where Angles Fear to Tread (Part 2)
All you need to do is go back to Sanctuary and meet up with Mordecai.
Toil and Trouble
Objective: Head towards Erifium Blight and to Arid Nexus
Firstly you need to head inside Sawtoothe Cauldron and then Smoking Guano Grotto.
After you come into the Cauldron, you'll see enemies infront of you. You need to be on atleast level 27 to be able to go thru this mission without much trouble. Kill all the bandits and go to the end you will find a LOST ECHO on the way to the right –
Jump down to the Sawtooth Stilts from where you are –
You can enter Smoking Guano Grotto from here.
Objective: Ascend Inferno Tower
You'll need to get to the other end of the Grotto to an elevator which takes you up the tower. There are many enemies inside, including Goliaths. If you don't want to handle all of them by yourself then blast the Goliath's heads so that they an damage a few enemies for you. They way to the other side is tricky You'll also come across the most dreaded Nomad Torturers who have a large shield covering them. You cannot them anywhere but on their feet and possibly the shooting hand. You should fight these guys from a long distance or from very close to them – within melee range but do this only if you are on a high level. If you are fightitng them from a distance then use a sniper on their uncovered parts. If you are going for the shotgun then you will need to jump around like a maniac to be able to get a shot at them – juse never try to take them on when in mid range.
After you go to the other end of the Grotto, hit the elevator switch. Four Ambush commanders come in with Badass Psychos and Marauders. The commanders are special versions of the Nomad Torturers. You are going to have a hell of a time killing them. Go behind the elevator and shoot them from there they won't come close to you here and you can take cover behind one of the pillars.
Objective: Destroy the Boombringer
Mortar's isn't coming down and has deactivated the elevator. Brick tells us to destory his favourite buzzard – the Boombringer. Go out of the Grotto onto the Main Street Reservoir. You'll come across a lot of Threshers in the water which you need to cross to get to the main street. Kill them all and enter the street
You'll come across more Goliaths and Nomad Torturers here as you go up the street to the end. Then you'll come into Cramfist's Foundry. Kill everyone here and go up the stairs to the left. You will also come across Buzzards flying above you. Destroy all of them now. After you go up the stairs, shoot the two gun turrets here –
You'll come across a couple more in the end. Hit the button to open the Hangar and shoot the Buzzard. Now get back to the Grotto and to the elevator.
Objective: Kill Mortar
This is optional but what the hell? let's do it anyway. Mortar has a shotgun which he uses to blast you at close range and a mortar thrower at long and mid range. The best way to fight him is to go far away from him and use a sniper to make critical hits. When you see the mortars come out of the gun on his back, run sideways to miss them. Kill Mortar and the nuse the elevator to go up the tower – but try to grab some Rockets if possible.
Objective: Destroy Buzzards
You'll come into the Buzzard's Nest. There are five Buzzard here in the air. Stay near the eleavator entrance itself and destroy the Buzzards from here.
You will be able to see them come in front of you and this is a great place since it offers you a lot of cover too. After you take down the Buzzards, move around and tag the four Odomo Crates.
After the Slag Buzzards steal the four crates, jump of the tower towards where the target icon is and exit back to Eridium Blight –
You will finally be able to enter the Arid Nexus Boneyard. Hit the button near the Catch-A-Ride station to end the mission and start the next one.
Data Mining
TIP: If you have not figured it out yet, then the critical point to hit the loaders and constructers and all other bots is their eye which glows red. But the bots have two other criticcal points – their hands. Shoot them on their shoulders and the hands fall off and this will count as a critical shot and also their guns won't work anymore – they will only rely on the missiles from their eyes.
Objective: Reach Hyperion Info Stockade
NOTE: Before you start this one and the next mission try to acquire three weapons with the following elemental effects – Corrosive, Fire, Shock. Corossive is for all the bots, Fire is to take out enemies with flesh and Shock is for the common shields. Better yet, try to get a corossive Sniper, a Fire Mini Gun or Assault Rifle and a Shock shotgun. If you cannot get the exact guns just get three different ones with the effects.
Objective: Overload the Three Pump Stations
The ideal level to start this mission on is lvl 29. Head to the first location and to the main pipeline. Go up to the pipeline and you will watch the ladder fall off. Now, Mordecai has a plan – he wants you to overload the pipe so that it explodes. You need to get to three pumping stations and turn the valves in them to be able to put pressure on the main pipe. You should expect a ton of bots and Hyperion Soldiers. The first station is open so you can run in and out if you want to but it is suggested that you kill everything so that you can get enough exp for the next mission. After you turn the two valves in the first place, head to the location of the next station.
You need to use an elevator to get down to the second station –
You will see new kinds of enemy loaders attack you now. Take them all out and take your time. Spin the two valves and get back top and to the third station. The third has a lot of resistance. Just kill everything you can from your vehicle if possible and go in and turn the valves. Now, time to get to the pipe. Go to the pipe and you will see a ramp beside it –
Use the ramp to fly up with your vehicle and hit the pipe. Then go up the steps and into the pipe. Go left in the pipe all the way to the other side till you get to the Transmix Regulator Station.
Objective: Reach Hyperion Info Stockade
As soon as you come out of the pipe, look to the left and jump onto the stuff and get to the ladder on the other end of the room. Destroy everything here and enter Arid Nexus – Badlands.
Objective: Use the Info Stockade Elevator.
You will now come to the city of Fyrestone. Also, you will come across a room blocked with shock. The wire on top of the room leads to a place high up and you need to shoot the fuse from below so that the shock stops –
You will also find a LOST ECHO in the room. Move towards the marked location and you will face a ton of Junk Loaders. Like I mentioned before the mission – shoot off their arms with a sniper from a distance to kill them quickly. Anyway, near the end, you will meet Saturn.
SATURN
This is when your corossive weapon will work wonders for you. Do not fight Saturn head on, go behind the sheets of wall near the junk yard and fight from there –
After you destroy it, use the elevator to go up and destroy everything on your way up. In the end, you will come to a Constructor, now jump off the bridge to the left and fight the constructor from behind the house in the middle of the area on the ground with a sniper if possible –
Anyway, after you destroy everything, enter the Stockade and access the Data Terminal and after a while, pick up the Warrior Location drive. At this point of time, about a dozen loaders land outside, you can just jump past them and get out of this place if you want to. Get back to Sanctuary and to Mordecai to end this mission.
The Talon of God
Objective: Talk to all your friends
NOTE: Even if you are impatient, try to get to lvl 32 before you start this mission if possible. Lvl 30 is a must anyway.
You can talk to all of the friends you have in Sanctuary. Each of them gives you a item which would be useless but you can sell all of the items and buy a great weapon or shields later. Finally talk to Claptrap and head to Eridium Blight. Go to the closed gate to the right and destroy all the things to open the gate –
Go to Claptrap and talk to it. It will lead you to the main gate where it will try to open the gate. Now, you will need to defend it from all kinds of bots. You will also face turrets which come above you. Go behind the large containers in the center of this area and shoot from there. Enter the gate after it opens and then head into the Hero's Pass. Now keep going and you will enter the Guardian Slag Heap. The next areas have bots infesting the hell out of them so all you will do is shoot.
Objective: Find Jack
After going ahead you will spot another room with shock blocking it, the wire leads to a switch far away to the right from the entrance of the bridge in the end of this place –
You will also meet Brick and Mordecai in the end of this area and they help you out with the bots till the rest of the place. Try to stay far behind Brick so that the Bots concentrate on him and not you. Try to use a sniper. After a long time, you will be seperated from Brick and Mordy and next you will face a Super Badass Loader and a Badass Constructor. I just used a corrosive sniper on them but if you don't have one then just keep hitting them till they fall.
Once you pass them, you will reach the vault area. Use the elevator to get up and to the next area. You will cross vendings machines and then come to the main area of the vault.
HANDSOME JACK
Jack has unlimited duplicates of him surrounding the area, but only one is real so take out your shock weapon first and hit Jack. If you spot the real one – who can turn invisible then concentrate your fire on him If you happen to get killed then just shoot one of the many minions to get a second wind. Once you deplete his shield, he calls some bots and fixers. Destroy the bots which come to regenerate his shields first and then take care of him once and for all.
WARRIOR
You didn't expect a break did you? Well, if you did then bad luck. The warrior is flesh skinned so if you have a fire weapon then you will have an easier time There are many stone statues around the central area. Try to take cover behind one of them and stay there to avoid the Warrior's Slag and Fire Breath attacks. One alst attack which is very difficult to avoid is the walk attack. The Warrior just walks across the place and if you get walked on then you need to start from the beginning again. You will spend a ton of time killing the warrior. The Warrior has a weakness – It's chest area –
So whenever you can, just keep aiming at it's chest. The Gunzerker is the best class here – two mini guns will bring down the warrior in no time at all. Also, keep listening to Lilith and Jack as they tell you what the Warrior is going to do next. One last hindrance is from the Crystalisks which come up occasionally. Kill them as soon as you can so that you can concentrate on the warrior. And when you hear Jack ask the Warrior to Crush you, it will either walk over you or stomp you – either case, if you fall into the lava the you are going to be in a world of hurt. Keep shooting the warrior and after you bring it down hit the moonbeam button to bring down a last bomb of destruction.
Shoot Jack after that to finally end all of this and then meet up with Lilith, Mordecai and Brick.
THE END.

If you do not remember it yet, it's the same one which was turned into the inter-planetary ninja assassin in one of the DLCs of the first game. Follow CP into his hideout and after you go all the way in, look to the right and you should see a door. Go there and open the door and you come to this symbol –
This is one of the type of collectibles in the game which increases your Badass ranking. You can get various perks as you grow up being a Badass. Now, you see a monster come in an rip CPs eye out. Oh Well! it needs to start somewhere. Go to the gun cabinet which is shown on the mini-map and pick up the gun.
Blindsided
Objective: Retreive Claptrap's eye
Follow CP outside, you need to restore it's sight before it can take you to Sanctuary. Follow it thru the icy land and you come to your first enemies – Bullymongs. Keep going and after the area with the earth quakes you'll step into a kill zone where Bullys keep jumping at you. Kill all of them and go to clap trap to dig it out. Keep going up and you get to Knuckledragger…..
Knuckel Dragger
The first thing you need to remember is to keep moving and jumping when you see it throw things at you. You can dodge everything while shooting. Since this is your first mini boss, it really is an easy one. Kill dragger and the rest of the bullymongs and pick up claptrap's eye.
Go up from the right and thru the gate which CP opens. Keep following the bot and pick up everything you see in the small room which you come to in the end. After that, use the waypoint to the Southern Shelf.
(Chapter 2)
Cleaning Up the Berg
Objective: Find Sir Hammerlock
Move ahead and jump down behind CP. You'll come to a few baby mongs. Kill them and keep going to get to a gate. As soon as the gate opens, look for enemies and kill all of them. After you kill everyone, Hammerlock comes out and opens the electric gate. Go to him and give him CPs eyes. After he connects the eyes, follow him and he switches on the power. Talk to him to end this mission.
Best Minion Ever
Objective: Kill Captain Flynt
Go ahead with CP and open the gate below using the button –
Keep going till you reach Gateway Harbor. Kill your first enemies and pick up the ECHO DEVICE 1 (Handsome Jack Here!) which is here on the ground –
Keep going and soon you start coming across many enemies. The areas ahead are infested with bad guys so move carefully and take cover if you need to when your shields come down and resume fighting. Avoid fighting when you don't have any shields. After you kill everyone, CP hits the button which makes the door ahead fall down to form a long bridge –
As soon as the bridge drops, a couple of psychos jump onto you. Kill them and go ahead, keep going and you come to "Wreck of The Ice Sickle" where you encounter "Boom Bewm".
Boom Bewm
First, hide behind something to avoid Big Bertha which is the cannon Boom is mounting. Then look for Bewm and take him out first, make as many critical hits as possible – on the head. He goes down easily. Then take out Bertha so Boom comes down. Kill Boom and pick up your first grenade mod.
Mount the cannon Big Berta and blow the locked doors ahead. Stay on it for a while and kill everyone who come thru the doors. Go down and move ahead and you enter the "Soaring Dragon". CPs gone ahead, kill the enemies and go to the gate which opens up. Keep killing everyone. There are going to be a lot of enemies in the area ahead. Kill everyone and soon you come to a first aid machine –
Go ahead and keep killing and you reach CP soon. Kill the Psychos who are beating it and follow it ahead. Kill all the enemies and go up the steps to the right side ahead –
Keep killing and go up all the way to the marker and you come to the button which raises up CP. Follow it all the way to the top and you come into the domain of Captain Flynt-
Captain Flynt
Flynt has a gun which will set you on fire when the ammo hits you. This is going to be a very difficult fight and it is advised to stay as far away from Flynt as possible and kill everyone else before you get to him. So kill his minions and then aim at his head and try to get critical shots. If he move up close to you, run away or you can even go back down and shoot Flynt from there – he won't leave this area. After you kill Flynt and everyone else. Follow CP, it takes you out and to the ship. Speak to it on the ship and use the fast travel point to Three Horns-Divide.
The Road to Sanctuary
Objective: Go to Sanctuary
Move out of the ship and you see a bridge ahead blow up and a large vehicle jump across the gap and you hear the chatter of two people from rival groups. Go ahead and move in thru the large arches to the right and you'll face a few Bullymongs here. After you get to the marked location you come to a healing center and an ammo dump. There's a Catch-a-Ride station right next to them.
Try to spawn a vehicle – you are unauthorized. Move into the Fishguts Outpost to the left and start killing. You will find the Hyperion Network Adapter here.
Go back to the Catch-a-Ride terminal and place the adapter inside, spawn a vehicle and move out to the next location. There are a lot of Bullymongs in your path. Kill them all to gain useful XP. Once you get to the marked location get down and move near the Intercom to the right of the gate. Head inside
Objective: Find Cpl.Reiss
The location shown on the map is that of an ECHO recorder –
Take it and head to the next locaiton – it seems that Reiss is nowhere to be found. Go thru the three horns divide –
When you get near the location you will not be able to use your vehicle since the path ahead is blocked –
Get out of the vehicle and keep killing and going towards the marked point. Here kill the three guys hitting Reiss and talk to him. There are a lot of Rakk in this place and they are a big nuisance so be careful and use a shotgun to kill them when they swoop down on you. Move further inside here towards the Windbreak Camp where the Bloodshots are nested. Here you have an additional objective in which you are needed to kill 20 Bloodshots. They keep coming if you move around inside the camp. Once you are done, pick up the Power Core. It's location is on your mini map.
Objective: Contact Lt.Davis
Now, go back all the way outside and climb into your vehicle again. Head to the marked location and you will come to a travel point reaching into Sanctuary. Go meet the Lieutenant who is standing on top of some steps belonging to a house nearby. Place the core into the shield generator infront of him. Remove the old core and put in the new one.
Then speak to him again to Turn In.
Plan B
Objective: Talk to Scooter
Head towards the gate and speak to the guard. Go inside and into Scooter's auto shop.
Inside his shop, you are to pick up two fuel cells. One is on the lower floor itself and the next is on the upper floor where you might also find some Eridium and a good shield. Take some more Eridium from scooter and go back out into the city. Place the two cells in their slots shown on your map and go speak to Crazy Earl –
His house is nearby. Go there and buy something from him – just anything will do –
After that you get a third fuel cell which Earl gives you along with the thing you purchased. Place it in the slot and talk to the Crimson Raider nearby who gives you the key to the Command Center.
Inside, you will find an Echo Recording, take it and listen to it to end this mission.22 01 41
Hunting the Firehawk
Go up the stairs and use the Safe –
You can place items in the safe for later use. You will also find a LOST ECHO DEVICE nearby –
Objective: Go to Frostburn Canyon
Head outside and towards the entrace of the canyon. Near the entrance you will need to kill a lot of enemies before you can enter the canyon itself. Once inside the canyon you will need to find and follow seven Bloodshot signs. A sign is nothing but a bandit pinned to a board standing up. You will soon enter the Blisterpus Camp at the end of which is the second sign. Keep going and you will come across your first spiderants in the game and also your first Goliaths
Spiderants – if you played the first game then you would know that you cannot hit them straight on since there heads are tougher than steel. You need to shoot them in their hind region. Goliaths are big trouble – especially later in the game. If you hit them atleast once in the head, their heads explode and they start raging. They can cause tons of damage once they start raging so be careful with them and shoot them only after you kill everyone else in an area.
Keep going and you will cross the third sign too, and after a few more kills you come to the fourth sign which is on top of some steps –
Go ahead and you might come across raging goliaths or Badass Psychos. In the next area you can go around and on top to this place –
Where you find a Borderlands symbol –
Just keep going ahead after killing and once you pass the fifth sign you'll face a Spiderant Knight and some minions. Use your special powers on these things. In the next area are more bandits. Just kill all of them and in the end when you coem too the sixth sign you'll be near a cross road – take the left path into the cave adorned by the skull of the large animal –
You'll face a couple of Badass Psychos as you go in so be very careful. Keep going all the way inside where you pass more signs and narrow beams on the ground. After some walking you come into the Lair of the Firehawk –
Go ahead and you come to Firehawk –
You will need to revive her first and then get her an Eridium which is nearby. After she's up you will face two waves of enemies, each ending with a badass psycho – the second wave has two BPs. The best gun here is the shotgun and Gunzerkers can go crazy with their skill here. Revive Lilith again after the fight and speak to her to end this.
A Dam Fine Rescue
Objective: Infiltrate Bloodshot Stronghold
After she teleports you to – ummm – nowhere, Lilith warns you about the stronghold being full of tough guys. You can pick up more Eridium from the lockers behind you. Then move out of this place and towards the marked location and take a look at the weapons chest on your way out.
The marker leads you to the travel point taking you to the Three Horns Divide. Go to the nearby Catch-a-Ride and take a vehicle and move out. You will come across the Happy Pig Motel on your way.
Go near the marked location which is the gate of the Stronghold and honk –
They recognize you and attack you but the gate will remain closed. Now we need to go to ELlie.
Objective: Talk to Ellie
Head to Ellie's garage in The Dust and watch the cutscene when you get there-
After you talk to her, she tells you how you can get a bandit technical. You need to destroy five technicals of the enemies and grab a part after their vehicles blow up. You might have encountered some vehicles on your way here. Go back outside and get yourself some bandits. If you cannot find a technical cruising around. Just leave the area and come back and a few surely show up.
There's a LOST ECHO DEVICE in a broken car in the yard –
Once you have the five parts, return to Ellie and speak with her. Now, use the Catch-a-Ride terminal next to her to deploy a Bandit Technical. Get into it and go to the stronghold gate. The gate is opened and they realize who you are. You cannot take the technical inside because it is blocked. Try to kill as many bandits as you can from inside the Technical itself. Then kill the rest of them and BadMaw comes in to defend the fort.
BadMaw
It is very difficult to kill BadMaw if you aren't atleast on his level if not greater – Lvl 13. You can kill him anyway but it will take a lot of time and you might die quickly. Firstly, you need to stay behind the small shack in the middle of this area and move around it, BadMaw keeps moving behind you and you can keep circling the shack. Just go in one direction and move behind him like this and make a critical hit and keep repeating. If you can, try to lure him infront of the gate so you can use your Technical's turrets on him. Pick up the Bloodshot brodge key after he dies.
Go to the keyhold which looks like a wheelUse it and the bridge comes down. You can now enter the Bloodshot Stronghold.
Objective: Rescue Roland
The stronghold is very very dangerous. Move ahead to the ammo dump and med station and continue onto the steps to the right –
In the next area, you'll come across some Bruisers. After you move thru, you can pick up a LOST ECHO DEVICE which is on a table –
There's a lot of loot in the containers here – especially Eridium. Move ahead and you will encounter Nomads and Psychos. In this room to the right is a table with another LOST ECHO DEVICE –
Move ahead and you will come to SATAN'S SUCKHOLE. This area also has a ton of enemies. Make sure you use your sniper on them before you start treading across the place. Once you get to the top you fight a special Nomad called MAD MIKE. He has a Rocket Launcher so he is naturally dangerous. You need to avoid his rockets at all cost. Try to fight him from behind some cover. After you go thru this area, you come to a room to the right which is blocked by current –
Move ahead and keep an eye to your left where you come to some steps –
On top of these steps is a Special Nomad so be very very careful. You can hit a button here –
This stops the electric current. Get to the room and loot the chest inside which has some great guns for you. Now, continue thru the area and you come to a green glowing cell door. Interact with it and watch the cutscene.
You watch a mech come in and blast the cell door – stay away from the blast. Run outside and run into the Bloodshot Ramparts.
Objective: Get to the W3R-D3N
Now the areas ahead will be absolutely infested with Mechs so be very careful and try to take one out at a time from a distance. You can also use your special powers to the max extent here. The Mech took Roland to the other side of this place so you need to tread thru the danger zone now. Start killing the Mechs and stay away from he EXP Loaders which blow themselves up. The ramparts are a straight lane so you will not get lot even if you want to.
In the end of the place, you move around a curve and into the SHRINE OF THE GUNBRINGER where the mech is keeping Roland hostage. This is a constructor and is the most powerful mech typr around. You know it's trouble when you come across something like this. Try to stay near the save point and move out just to kill some mechs, come back to the save point to regen your shield and tthen go and kill some more. Do not concentrate on the Constructor unless you've killed everything else. Halkfway thru the fight, the W4R takes Roland away again.
Objective: Infiltrate Hyperion Prison Camp
Fast travel to The Dust and go into FRIENDSHIP GULAG. This is a Hyperion camp so you are going to meet a lot of it's soldiers. The best way to cross this area is to move from the extreme right side. If you are a Gunzerker or Commandoand and are on a high enough level you can move behind the Constructor to avoid the fire from the other Mechs and then shoot it down from behind. Else, you'll need to kill everything else again which will take a ton of time. If you manage to free Roland he helps you kill the other Loaders. After everything is dead, speak to him to end this loooong mission.
A Train to Catch
You can pick up a LOST ECHO DEVICE here –
Objective: Meet Roland's Spy and take the Vault Key
Go to Roland and talk to him. Head out and to the Thundra Express. Once you are in the area, you'll reach the Varkid Ranch. You are to ignite three Varkids on fire so that the sound they make wake Roland's Spy up. THe spy is none other than the Hunter himself. Anyway, he tells you that he doesn't have the key and also that it's on a train. To stop the train you are going to need someone's help. Next stop – Tiny Tina's Workshop. Talk to Tina and she agrees to help you but you need to get her a couple of Bandankadonks (whew!).
The Bandankadonks are in Buzzard Academy. You can figth the enemies or just run around to pick up the two Bandankadonks and get back to Tina who preps her ladies for you. Now get to the Meltwater Crossing train station and place the bunnies in their location –
Arm them and watch the fun. After the bridge blows up. Go down and onto the fallen part of the bridge which can be used as a ramp
You'll face destroyers on your way to the train car and once you get there….
Wilhelm
This is one really tough customer – they don't make them this tough anymore…
If you have a weapon dealing Elemental Shock Damage then use it to bring down the shields first. The shields regenerate very quickly and this is where I found the Gunzerker's special skill to be especially useful. Try to maintain mid-range distance between yourself and WIlhelm because he can really hurt you in close range and make you fly away. Pick up the Power Core after you kill him and get back to Sanctuary. Talk to Lt.Davis to end this mission.
Rising Action
Objective: Place Power Core
Take out the olc core and out in the new Hyperion Core… Oops
Run to the center of town and cycle the first and third Ignition Primers –
Run to Roland and pick up all the Eridium and give them to Lilith…
CATCH A RIIIIDE!!!
Objective: Go to The Fridge
Your next location should be the Fridge – it's called that for a reason. Go there and hit the button at the door to open it -20 44 57
Bright Lights, Flying City
Objective: Search for your friends
The next area has some new enemies, the so called Rat clan members. These guys are really really slippery so you'll need to aim properly. Past this place is the Icemaw Grotto – a dangerous place with atleast half a dozen Crystalisk. To kill them you need to shoot the crystals on their feet and after they die, they leave back crystals which are worth a lot so be sure to pick them up. Keep going and in the end you need to hit a button and pull a lever. Then leave for the Outwash.
As soon as you enter this place, you'll see the city in the distance. Go to the nearest fast travel station and select Sanctuary…
Wait! no Sanctuary.. Get to the Extraction Plant in this place itself. You'll come across some new enemies on your way there. Once you are in the plant you will need to get across a gap, use this bridge and the steps to it's right to get across –
Objective: Pick up Lunar Supply Beacon
Hit the conveyor's button get across and enter the Orbital Receiving and Processing plant. And it's time for another big battle…
Gluttonous Thresher
This thing can hurt you really really bad. Always maintain a large gap between yourself and the Thresher. Run behind the containers which are scatterd around this place and try not to take out the Loaders since they keep the Thresher distracted for a while – but if they are shooting at you then take them out and if the thresher is coming after you, kill everything else first before dealing with it. After a long time, you'll kill it. Get back – jump into the water below the bridge and go all the way to the other side where you can find this ladder which takes you up –
22 08 39
Objective: Deploy Beacon in Overlook and Get to your friends
This part is going to suck really bad. Once you are in Overlook Deploy the Beacon and wait for the cavalry to arrive. Now, get out of sight and destroy all the destroyers from a vantage point. You don't need to stay close to the beacon and don't worry if it's damaged, you can fix it anyway. COncentrate on taking out all of the enemies. You'll face a lot of them including the dreaded Constructor. After everything is done, fix the beacon and use the Fast Travel nearby to get back to Sanctuary. Talk to Roland to end this.
