Gamers who pre-order Lollipop Chainsaw in North America will be treated to a different alternate outfit for heroine Juliet Starling depending on where they purchase the game. That's kind of cool, except for the fact that we're being forced to choose between different outfits. Since that's the case, I know I'll be going with the Katy Perry-esque outfit that comes with the game when you pre-order it on Amazon.
Still, as awesome as the different pre-order bonuses may be here in North America, I'm really digging the alternate skins that the premium edition from Japan will include. Hell, I'm not only digging them–I'm freakin' jealous!
The premium edition will land on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and they will each have a few alternate skins plus a console-exclusive outfit. The Xbox 360 version will feature the pink Sexy Rider Suit which is pretty revealing and pretty and revealing. Meanwhile the PlayStation 3 version will include the Cutie Waitress skin, which is, like, a bunch of guys' biggest fantasy.
Lollipop Chainsaw is due out later this year. Here's hoping the premium edition is available over here, or else I'm going to bitch about how Japan gets all the cool stuff. Hell, they don't even need to call it the premium edition over here–just include the darn skins and I'll be a happy gamer. Check out the skins below. Personally, I really like the rabbit suit!
