Can't argue with free, am I right? Elphelt Valentine will be the first character DLC available for Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-, which is coming out next month, and she'll be offered for free for a limited time.
As stated on the Guilty Gear website:
The DLC character Elphelt (a $7.99 value) will be available for free on PSNSM from 12/16 for a limited time! Pre-order your copy of Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- today so that you can download this great character the second your copy arrives!
She will be free from the game's release, which is December 16th, until January 5th. After that, fans will have to pay $7.99 to unlock her.
