In 1978 we saw the original 12 Star Wars figurines release, each in their separate boxes and tucked away by their owners for the day that they would be worth thousands. Unlike Beanie Babies, the Star Wars figures became worth more than they were purchased for – in fact – you can find vinyl caped Jawas for over $18,000 today.

It looks as though an image depicting the figures for Star Wars: The Force Awakens has leaked. In the image on the upper right you'll see: Kylo Ren, John Boyega as Finn, Daisy Ridley as Rey, droid BB-8, and Peter Mayhew’s Chewbacca. I'm just going to say this about Chewbacca, he looks like Shaggy from Scooby Doo decided not to shave for a a couple centuries – he's so lanky!
