Nine days ahead of its April 10th release, the latest teaser for Netflix's Daredevil series has made an appearance online. The trailer shows off 30 seconds of various action oriented Daredevil scenes (again teasing Iron Man and Thor), but more importantly it shows the rise of Matt Murdoc as the first of the Defenders.
Marvel's Defenders is a band of characters that tend to come off as "outsiders," they never even make that good of a team. Traditionally, the team was composed of four heroes: Doctor Strange, the Hulk, Namor and the Silver Surfer. Netflix has other plans, though. They are creating four different hero shows (with Daredevil as the first) and creating their own team: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage.
After each hero sees their show, a miniseries for the Defenders will bring them together. There is no official release date for the Defenders show as of yet.
