Following CW's official ordering of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, the network has given us our first look at the new spin-off show of Arrow and The Flash.
Though the trailer is comprised mostly of footage from the two respective shows its based after, it does a nice job of setting up the premise of Oliver Queen and Barry Allen seeking out a team of fellow heroes to help take on the immortal supervillain Vandal Savage. There's also a few glimpses of the new heroes — Hawkgirl, The Atom, White Canary, Firestorm, Heat Wave, and Captain Cold — in action.
Admittedly, I don't watch either Arrow or The Flash, but it seems like reaction to the new spinoff has been mostly positive. I'll admit, the first look sparked my interest so maybe I'll give it a shot.
DC's Legends of Tomorrow will debut on The CW.
