Nintendo and Super Smash Bros. fans were treated to a lot of good news today, from new characters like Ryu from Street Fighter and returning fighter Roy from Fire Emblem, to a bunch of sweet new costumes from popular franchises like Mega Man, Animal Crossing and even Splatoon!
New stages will also be available immediately like the classic stage from the Nintendo 64 version, Dream Land, Suzaku Castle and the unique Miiverse stage, which compiles people's posts and shows them throughout the match.
Here is the breakdown of everything that's available today:
- Lucas – 3.99 each version / 4.99 Wii U and 3DS bundle
- Ryu + Suzaku Castle – $5.99 each versionp / $6.99 Wii U and 3DS bundle
- Roy – 3.99 each version / 4.99 Wii U and 3DS bundle
- All announced costumes – $0.75 each / $1.15 Wii U and 3DS bundle per costume
- Kirby's Dream Land stage – $1.99 each version / $2.99 Wii U and 3DS bundle
- Miiverse stage – FREE
Also, if you're an amiibo fan, you can look forward to Wave 5 coming in September as well as eventually getting your hands on Roy and Ryu.
