PlayStation Now gets redesign, 6 new games for July

Six new games added to PS Now's subscription library

It's a big month for PlayStation Now, as Sony completely redesigned the PS Now subscription app on PS4 "to create a richer, more visual experience that makes it even easier for you to browse" Sony's catalog of more than 125 games available.

The update added more detailed game pages with descriptions, images, and videos, as well as curated categories of games organized by theme. To celebrate this update, Sony is adding an additional game to the library of PS Now subscription games. Rather than adding 5 new games this month, there's a sixth.

Joining the rapidly growing library of PlayStation 3 titles available to stream through the PS Now subscription services are Resistance 3, Sound Shapes, inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood, Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, Wheel of Fortune, and Super Mega Baseball.

As of June, PS Now boasted over 125 titles available to stream through a single monthly subscription. For those unfamiliar with the service, the entire catalog of "subscription" games is available as long as your a PS Now subscriber ($19.99/month or $44.99 for a three-month package). As long as you're a paying member, you can rent, stream, and play any of the games that are part of this specific library as often and for as long as you desire. As we've pointed out in the past, this is a freaking awesome deal if you have a wide range of taste in games.

For those of who you looking for specific games, you might just be better off making use of PlayStation Now's individual game rental service. All of the games included in the subscription service are also available to rent individually. There are also a few other games that aren't part of the subscription plan that can only be rented on an individual basis.
