Hugh Jackman says goodbye with Old Man Logan

OHMYGOD

Yesterday was Fox's panel at SDCC and a lot of announcements came with it. It was a sad state of the world when we began to hear rumors of Hugh Jackman's departure from the X-Men franchise. He has literally molded the character of Wolverine over the last fifteen years so much so that I can almost not recall a comic sketch that doesn't resemble Hugh. However, it's becoming clear that Jackman is outgrowing the role and it's time to move on, but not before dropping some serious bombs about his last hoorah.

"I've got three words for you, Old Man Logan." Jackman has signed on for one last solo film before he turns in his claws. Immediately after this comic explosion hit a picture of Logan flipping the bird with his claws flashed on the screen.

This set of books is seriously one of my favorite comic runs I've ever read? it's drawn by Steve Mcniven, the very same responsible for Civil War and was written by a Mike Millar. The story follows Logan in a very distant future in a bled-dry world where he is the only living remaining member of the X-Men. He's living on the west coast trying to live out his life in peace. There is an incredible amount of catastrophe that occurs and Logan is forced to go on one final mission. HOW EXTREMELY APPROPRIATE. I'm super excited and full of feels about this.

I also think this might be the film to help bend the rules of the FOX/Marvel Studios featuring war. There are a lot of characters that need to be featured in this film to be able to make it work properly. Hawkeye is a big part of the plot and is an extreme necessity.  If they can't figure out some sort of agreement  in property sharing, I really don't know how they're going to make this film, As pumped as I am, I'm about fifty times more worried.  I Guess we'll eagerly await to hear the news for the upcoming year.
