PES 2016 demo launches today, commentators confirmed

Fiddle with the weather while you're at it

The playable demo for Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 will release today, Konami announced via the EU PlayStation Blog.

The studio did not specify which platforms will receive the demo, though PlayStation 3 and 4 are obvious shoo-wins given the studio’s post. PES 2015's demo came to all platforms, including Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC, so the three may yet receive 2016's demo.

“This year’s demo is packed with as many options as we could fit, to ensure you can really get a feel for what you can expect this year on release,” Konami said. Indeed, this year’s demo includes all difficulty modes, the option to disable pass support, and the ability to choose between seven and 10-minute matches. Weather, day and night effects will also be adjustable.

Although the demo itself will not include commentaries, Konami has revealed the full list of commentators for PES 2016:

·         UK: Peter Drury and Jim Beglin

·         France: Grégoire Margotton and Darren Tullet

·         Germany: Marco Hagemann and Hansi Küpper

PES 2016 will launch for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC September 15, 2015.
