Bungie just revealed an awesome surprise coming in Destiny’s November update

Finally, a place to buy Weapon Parts!

Towards the end of last month, Bungie revealed some big changes coming to Destiny's player vs player in the November update. Among Bungie's list of issues to address is the difficulty of Lord Shaxx's Weekly Crucible questline as well as some of the more annoying Crucible bounties. It seems there's more up Bungie's sleeves, though.

In this week's blog post, Bungie confirmed that with November's update you'll be able to purchase weapon parts for Glimmer from Banshee-44 — welcomed news for Guardians feeling the strain from update 2.0.1.

"We know! We’ve read a lot of feedback about the abject poverty that was induced when we adjusted their drop rate. My Boss says things are getting dire for him! He’s down to only 1,656 of them, so we need to act fast. As part of the November update, we’re authorizing Banshee-44 as your Weapon Parts dealer. He’ll accept Glimmer as a form of payment."

Bungie also teased a few changes planned for the December update, though they didn't get too specific.

"Rumor has it that Petra will have use for your Etheric Light, and Eris has been asking if anyone out there is hoarding a surplus of Worm Spore. Turns out she loves the stuff."

While this is all fine and dandy, I'm sure another bit in this week's post will have a few Guardians on edge. Bungie confirmed that December's update will see another round of class and weapon balancing.
