In 2007, Nintendo released Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii and it looks like the Wii U is about to get a taste of the critically acclaimed game. An ESRB (via NeoGaf) rating for Super Mario Galaxy on the Wii U has appeared, hinting at a release for the Wii U's Virtual Console.
Super Mario Galaxy has been available in Japan for Wii U owners since late May as a Virtual Console download. Nintendo has yet to officially announce Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii U Virtual Console, but it's safe to say that it's coming.
If you have yet to get your hands on Super Mario Galaxy, the game takes Mario to space after Bowser invades the Mushroom Kingdom and steals Princess Peach's entire castle with a flying saucer. Mario heads to space to get the castle back, there he discovers that Bowser also stole all the Power Stars – which means that Mario has to get those Stars back.
It's a pretty fun game and totally worth a download if you're a Mario fan.
