Goat Simulator invades PayDay 2 with latest Heist DLC

So... are the goats filled with cocaine?

The Goat Simulator developer, Coffee Stain Studios, isn't afraid of stretching its goaty reach into other games and genres. They have released a zombie survival expansion for the game, an MMO expansion, a goat transporter in Dota 2 and plenty other crossovers.

Now, the goat has crossed into the realm of burglary, robbery and, well, drugs. The latest PayDay 2 Heist DLC puts the goats front and center in a botched order from Vlad. Players will need to round up the goats and wait for Vlad's driver Boris at the pickup location, defending the goats (that are quite possibly in a cocaine induced rage) from the police.

Here’s the official description of the DLC from the official website:

“When the payday gang were ordered by vlad to intercept a truck carrying cocaine, they expected to act as clean-up and collect the goods. Easy peasy. Or at least that’s what they thought. But as they arrive on the scene and see the crashed truck, there are no cocaine packages in sight… only goats… and chaos…”

So, what comes in the $6.99  Goat Simulator Heist DLC?

  • A new 2-day heist
  • 1 new shotgun secondary weapon
  • 4 melee weapons
  • 4 masks
  • 4 patterns
  • 4 materials
  • 5 new achievements
  • 2 new songs by Simon Viklund

The Goat Simulator Heist will release for Payday 2 on Steam January 14. Yeah, you have to pay for pure goatemonium.
