We're still a few weeks away from the return of The Walking Dead, but AMC is beginning to ramp up the excitement, releasing today a series of photos teasing the mid-season 6 premiere.
The photos are of Daryl (Norman Reedus), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) who were noticably absent from the Season 6 midseason finale. It was later revealed in a post-finale sneak peek video exactly what Daryl and company were up to.
Turns out while the sh*t was going down back at Alexandria, Daryl, Sasha, and Abraham were dealing with their own troubles, in the form of a biker gang working for Negan, leader of "The Saviors" and one of the most notorious villains in the comic.
We don't know what sort of role Negan will play in the remainder of Season 6 or what's in store for Daryl, Sasha, or Abraham, but judging by newly released photos it certainly looks like we'll find out when The Walking Dead returns to AMC on February 14, 2016. Interestingly, there's also a photo of Gabriel mixed in. What could that mean?
Check out the teaser photos below.
