If you managed to binge through the entire second season of Daredevil you might have the hidden teaser for the next Marvel-Netflix hero that is set to debut later this year.
That's right, the official Luke Cage trailer was released exclusively on Netflix; if you are a subscriber to the service you can watch the trailer right here.The 24-second teaser shows our hero Luke Cage entering an abandoned gym presumably looking for someone, but instead, find bullets flying his way. If you watch Jessica Jones, you will know that this has no effect on him.
Mike Colter will reprise his role as Luke Cage laters this year when his solo series debuts on September 30 exclusively on Netflix. Following Luke Cage's show, the next hero Netflix will tackle will be Iron Fist, which has recently had found its lead star. The role will be played by Finn Jones, who plays Sir Loras Tyrell in HBO's Game of Thrones.
This will ultimately lead to the rise of the 'Defenders' where all our heroes — Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist will form an alliance and take on a larger threat.
