Hyrule Warriors, like Super Smash Bros, has an extensive roster, with each new addition being more curious than the last. But this is probably one of the stranger ones; Medli will soon be joining the cast as a playable character.
Medli, one of the more important characters from Wind Waker, will be kicking butt and plucking strings with her lyre as a free downloadable character in "late spring 2016" for North America. Along with her will be released the Master Wind Waker Pack DLC.
The pack will also include 16 new fairy costume items as well as a "Master" Wind Waker Map with one new battle scenario for adventure mode.
