Adult Swim and Owlchemy Labs plan to demo their new VR project, Rick and Morty Simulator: Virtual Rick-Ality, at this year's San Diego Comic Con.
Rick and Morty has become one of the highest-rated animated shows on television. As of late, Adult Swim has been taking advantage of the overwhelming success of the program, recently having released the mobile Pokemon parody game, Pocket Mortys. Now, they've teamed with Owlchemy Labs to break into the burgeoning virtual reality market with the forthcoming 'Rick and Morty Simulator: Virtual Rick-Ality' for the HTC Vive.
The game will combine the same gameplay style of 'Job Simulator' with the all-out insanity from the world of Rick and Morty. The VR experience will allow you to move about the Smith house, fiddle with Rick's inventions against his wishes, but mainly, you'll be able to use Rick's portal gun and hop between multiverses on your own outlandish adventure.
Rick and Morty Simulator: Virtual Rick-Ality will be available to demo at this year's Comic Con at Adult Swim on the Green located behind the convention center at Convention Way and 5th Avenue Pier from July 21-24, 11am-6pm.
