Dead Rising 4 was originally announced this year at E3 2016, but Microsoft is wasting no time in getting the game out to the public. The game won't be releasing until December 6th, but fans can pre-order and pre-download the game starting today according to Xbox Live's Major Nelson.
The pre-order pack is officially designated as a "bundle" and it includes the main game as well as an exclusive weapon called "X-Fists". Here's the official description of the X-Fists.
Smash and bash your way through the zombie mayhem while while wearing these exclusively skinned X-Fists, a combo weapon for the Exo Suit. Get ready to deliver a mighty thump.
Requirements: Frank needs to be wearing an Exo Suit to equip such powerful fists. Available in Emergency Shelter vendors (Story) and Vending Machines (Multiplayer).
Unsurprisingly, Dead Rising 4 is a timed exclusive on the Xbox One, following the same path as games like Rise of the Tomb Raider and Quantum Break. The game just recently revealed all-new gameplay footage and a behind the scenes look at the game. Suffice it to say, it is most definitely paying homage to the games that have come before.
