Gran Turismo Sport has officially been delayed from its November release. It shouldn't come as a surprise, though, the hiccup back in May hinted at this. Due to the team's ambitions for the game, Gran Turismo Sport has been pushed back to a vague 2017 release date.
Back in October 2015, we got our first look at Gran Turismo Sport for the PlayStation 4. The game promised a slew of cool new features, like in-game championship modes that were recognized by the FIA which would allow champions from Gran Turismo Sport's competitions to be announced alongside real-world racers like Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton.
Unfortunately, the game's first beta was canceled in May so the developers could hit the original November 15th release date. Following the beta cancellation, it was revealed that the game will not be shipping with day/night or weather cycles – something that has become something of a standard in racing games.
