E3 2017: Knack is Back with Knack 2 and a Release Date

Two Knacks, all sorts of options.

The existence of  Knack 2 has been known for about a year now, being shown at E3 2016, and one year later, we actually get a release date.

Knack is a platforming beat 'em up with a huge mix of other genres in between. Knack 2 follows the same principle as the first. Knack is a relic that attracts other small relics to create a larger creature to solve puzzles, fight enemies, etc.

Knack 2 is an evolution of the first game where the developers focus even more on adding variety to the gameplay. In addition to combat, Knack 2 has a puzzle gameplay, platforming and whatever genre you would fit tank driving into.

The biggest difference is that Knack now has the ability to shrink in size on command. Additionally, the combat is much deeper than before with an expansion of moves.

Couch co-op, a golden concept many developers seem to leave behind, is integral to Knack 2. But for those who don't want to schedule a playdate simply for a sit-down gaming session, co-op works as drop-in/drop-out. Additionally, there are special co-op attacks to incentivize your friend to join in without making it required.
