Microsoft handing out 30K Battle Points to PUBG players on Xbox One

Of course, there's a catch. You have to own it before the end of the month!

Microsoft is celebrating hitting a new milestone for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on the Xbox One with some free stuff.

PUBG hit 3 million players on Xbox One earlier this month. Before that, it was the fourth most played Xbox One game and while we don’t know where it ranks now, we do know it is still the most gifted game in the Microsoft Store since December.

After hitting 4 million players, Microsoft has decided to throw a party of sorts in PUBG. Every PUBG player that purchased or purchases PUBG on Xbox One and has created a character before January 31st will be getting free in-game tokens. That’s right, 30,000 Battle Points will be awarded for owning and having created a character before the 31st.

The free Battle points will appear directly in player accounts after February 1, 2018 at 12AM PT.

Microsoft went on to promise to continue building the game up with the help of the community’s feedback. They also wish players luck on attaining the coveted Chicken Dinner. In other news, the sixth patch for the game recently deployed. You can get the details on it here.
