For being one of the most advanced games available on consoles, what it asks from PCs is rather reasonable. Expect what it will take from your Hard Drive/SSD. Users who plan on playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC will need to free up a massive 150GB. With this massive need of space, RDR2 is now well among the most space-hungry games on PC. Still, space hasn’t really been a limiting factor for most PCs and laptops for a long time, so we’re glad that especially in terms of GPU and CPU the game won’t require extremely pricey hardware.
Seeing how the PC port of GTAV turned out as one of the best PC ports of all time, we’re hopeful that RDR2 will also be a great conversion that gives PC users grainy control over visuals and performance.
Read Dead Redemption 2 is launching for PC on November 5th via the Rockstar Games Launcher and Epic Games Store, and Steam one month later in December. Pre-order on the Epic Games Store will start on October 23rd.
