Balsa Model Flight Simulator is Kerbal Space Program’s creator’s new game

Coming next summer to Steam

The original creator of the wildly-successful indie sensation Kerbal Space Program has announced his next project. Balsa Model Flight Simulator aims to bring a new type of simulation experience in the form of model planes. Players can look forward to next summer when the game comes out on Steam Early Access. Check out the trailer below!

Kerbal Space Program is an indie title that needs little introduction. It’s one of the most prominent indie games out there and also one of the best examples of the Early Access game model. By offering a deep, physically-based simulation of both rocket engineering and astrophysics, it became an instant hit among streamers and gamers who like a good challenge. It became so successful that publisher Take-Two bought the game license two years ago.

Balsa is an Early Access Game, so it is actively being developed. This means you can expect regular updates in the future that add new content, features, and of course, fixes. It also means you get a chance to actively participate in the development of the game by joining our community. We are always listening to feedback from our players and welcome everyone!

The creator of it, Felipe Falanghe, has been hard at work on its new game Balsa Model Flight Simulator. The game promises to do the same for model airplanes what Kerbal did for rocket science. Combine the simulation and engineering aspects of its real-world counterparts with the thrill and joy of trying out countless combinations in the safe confines of a digital world.

Similar to Kerbal Space Program, Balsa Model Flight Simulator is also slated to release as an Early Access title which will give the developers the opportunity to fine-tune and adapt to the community’s wishes while in-dev. You can look forward to summer 2020 for the game to come out on PC via Steam.
