Hardspace: Shipbreaker Big Bang trailer is full of workplace hazards

OSHA approved

Focus Home Interactive has shared the newest trailer for their upcoming space-salvaging simulator Hardspace: Shipbreaker. This time it’s all about the dangerous consequences of careless dismantling of spaceships and its explosive results. Enjoy the trailer here!

As with most simulation games that tackle the mundane activities and professions, Hardspace: Shipbreaker harbors a surprising amount of tension underneath its fictional simulation of salvaging defunct spaceships. Then again, it sure helps spice things up by virtue of being in Zero G outer space and working with futuristic tools on spaceships.

Now add on that the fact that you are working with highly volatile space fuel and the stakes become even higher. Players will have to use all the tools in their belt to its utmost to yield the best profits while still staying in one piece.

In Hardspace: Shipbreaker, you’re free to cut and destroy at will within next-generation physics simulation. This freedom offers endless ways to strip down and salvage a ship, and just as many ways to screw it up.
One wrong cut might trigger explosive decompression sucking you into the vacuum of space, or even a chain reaction that ignites the fuel lines and destroys the entire ship. While you can always deepen your debt to LYNX corporation by expending new clones after death, one thing remains true: dying is extremely unprofitable.
The next generation physics and unique gameplay quickly won over the crowds at Pax East 2020, leading some to declare Hardspace: Shipbreaker as the “most impressive” game of the show. We are committed to working with the already passionate community in expanding and improving the game’s brilliant promise throughout the Early Access period. Going live on June 16, the cosmic journey begins in just one week!

Hardspace: Shipbreaker is launching this month, June 16th, on PC via Steam Early Access. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will get the game down the line when the game launches fully.
