Ground
Control combines classic strategy elements with incredible 3-D
technology
previously reserved for action games. It focuses its gameplay on
tactics,
strategy, and the art of battle. The end result is greater realism,
faster-paced
action, and an unparalleled player experience. Played out
through
a variety of missions, players must take control of their
customizable
squads of soldiers, tanks, hovercraft, aircraft, and other
units,
as they fight for control of a distant world. In addition to the
frenetic
single-player experience, Ground Control will offer both classic
and
innovative multiplayer options for PC gamers everywhere.

HOMEWORLD:
CATACLYSM

Homeworld:
Cataclysm, created by Canadian-based Barking Dog Studios, in
conjunction
with Relic Entertainment, is the next episode in the
critically-acclaimed
Homeworld saga. This new stand-alone 3D real-time
strategy
game extends Homeworld’s revolutionary gameplay with entirely new
fleets
of ships and includes new research capabilities, fog-of-war
functions,
interface enhancements, mothership modules, damage control, way
points,
and much more. Homeworld: Cataclysm continues the saga from the

EMPIRE
EARTH

Empire
Earth is the debut title from Stainless Steel Studios, but not the
first
for company founder Rick Goodman, who was lead designer for the
best-selling
and critically acclaimed strategy game Age of Empires. In
Empire
Earth, gamers attempt to dominate the Earth in land, sea, and air
battles,
while advancing their civilizations through over 500,000 years of
"history,"
from the Paleolithic age to the 24th century. In the game,
players
construct countless war machines, including siege towers,
trebuchets,
nuclear submarines, stealth bombers, and intelligent mechanized
robots,
research more than 150 different technological advances, and wage
war
against the computer or their friends via the Internet. Empire Earth
lets
gamers carry out a night attack with a column of Patton’s tanks,
command
