If App Store sales are anything to go by, it looks like people around the world love their vertical shmups. Since its August 26 release, DoDonPachi’s sales have reached the 30,000 mark worldwide in both Japan and America. In Asia, the app reached the top spot while in America, France and China it reached an equally as impressive number two spot. DoDonPachi Resurrection is a direct port of the arcade version for the iPhone that includes an “iPhone” version as well.
