Sunleth Waterscape (400AF) – Find the green flan
Take a ride on the behemoth to get to the far end of the Sunleth Waterscape (400AF). There you'll find a gathering of green flan. Go into the small tree area, and use the Moogle Hunt on a low branch to find another baby flan, who'll hand over the Carnelian fragment.
