We already know Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable will be made available for the PlayStation Vita in Japan, but today we got confirmation that it will be coming to North America.
The official Earth Defense Force Twitter confirmed that the once Xbox 360 title would be made available here in America. It is said to support online multiplayer for up to four players.
The release date wasn't announced, but IGN has reported a release window sometime in "winter 2013".
