Like the rest of the world, I've been waiting for a new Man of Steel trailer. Today, I got that trailer, and I'm blown away by what I saw. If the new Superman movie from Christopher Nolan and Zach Snyder can live up to the new trailer, we're in for the best Superman movie yet. It looks like we're going to see Superman's departure from his homeworld, and possibly the events leading up to it, as we see Russell Crowe's Jor-El surrounded by explosions and in a hurry. My guess is he's trying to send his son to safety.
We also see Clark Kent as a child and teenager. There's so much to this origin story that I can't possibly imagine how they're going to fit it all into one movie! But that's a good problem to have. I want to see more of this movie, because the trailer gave me goosebumps.
Man of Steel is set to release July 14th, 2013.
