A few days ago developer Pocketwatch Games released an update on the status of the Xbox Live Arcade edition of Monaco: What's Yours Is Mine. As it turns out, the console version of the downloadable title had to be pushed back as the studio sent a fix to Microsoft. New details have arisen regarding the matter, and it looks like Pocketwatch is working on creating and sending a second patch to Microsoft.
The bug being fixed up apparently kicks players off of online matches. Considering co-op is one of the major draws of Monaco, it's obvious that this had to be addressed before launch. Sadly, the second patch also means Pocketwatch is still unsure as to when the game will arrive on Xbox Live Arcade.
"I submitted an update to attempt to fix the bug early in the week, but unfortunately it only half fixed the problem," explains the Monaco Facebook page. "I'm working on another fix now that I'm hoping to submit this week. Once it's confirmed fixed it shouldn't take long to push it through and get the game out. I can't promise any particular dates since I don't control that end of things, but I do know that fans are starting to get a little impatient with the lack of information."
Here's hoping it doesn't take too long for Xbox 360 owners to experience the fun of Monaco. If you really want to play the game, though, you may want to give the PC version a go.
