We've known for a while now that Fable Anniversary would launch sometime in February 2014; however, Lionhead Studios today confirmed the exact dates: February 4 in North America, February 6 in Asia, and February 7 in Europe.
In addition to the official release dates, Lionhead also revealed additional content that will be included ni all "first edition copies" of the game. Inside of each limited-run box you'll find a 5×5 code for the Launch Day Outfits & Weapons Pack. Here's what it includes:
- Scythe’s Outfit
- Black Graduate Outfit
- Red Prophet Outfit
- Blue Guard Outfit
- Red Guard Outfit
- Lute Weapon
- Will User’s Sceptre Weapon
Fable Anniversary is a fully re-mastered version — HD visuals and audio — of the original game which first debuted in 2004 for the Xbox. The latest blog post includes some new screenshots comparing the two versions and… damn.
