Renting individual PS3 games from Sony's PlayStation Now streaming service could cost you $4.99 to $5.99, if leaked Gaikai concept art is correct.
An image posted to Gaikai's site revealed just what the new streaming service could look like, with available titles highlighted with a little blue PlayStation Now triangle. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and Fary Cry 3 are priced at $4.99 and $5.99, respectively. There's no indication for how long you'll have access to the game or if this is anything more than a placeholder by Sony.
PlayStation Now was first revealed at Sony's CES 2014 keynote. The new service will allow gamers to stream PS1, PS2 and PS3 games to numerous devices, including the PS4, Vita and other Sony-branded devices as well. A closed beta for the service began at the end of January, but the full service is expected to roll out this summer.
PlayStation Now will also have a subscription option — similar to Netflix — as an alternative to individual game rental. Pricing for the monthly subscription has not yet been announced, though the price for an individual game could be an indication.
