Another already released game is coming to the PlayStation 4. This time, it's Media Molecule's Tearaway. Previously released for Vita, the paperific game is being reimagined and re-released for PS4 as Tearaway Unfolded. It's not just a simple port either. Tearaway Unfolded will feature new mechanics, new levels and new effects, like wind which was shown off in a gameplay demo during the conference today.
Using wind, and the DualShock 4's touchpad, the player could interact with the level and actually part the waves so that Atoi could cross the water safely. Additionally, wind will also allow players to explore the larger paper world by way of sky with the brand new paper plane.
Players will be able to interact with the world of Tearaway, and the world with players, in a variety of other ways as well. For example, the light bar of the DS4 can be pointed toward the PS4 and actually light up darker areas, wake creatures, and grow plants in Tearaway's world.
