In honor of the first anniversary of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, Square Enix is allowing former subscribers to play for free. The eligible dates for this free week are Friday, August 22nd until Monday, September 1st.
What better way to spend your final days of summer than seeing what's been up win the world of Final Fantasy XIV? I can't make fun of anyone for playing an MMO into Labor Day because I've bit the World of Warcraft bug again, but I will admit that it's incredibly tempting to return to A Realm Reborn.
The following people are eligible for the free week:
- Users who previously purchased and registered Final Fantasy XIV and whos service account is set as inactive during the campaign period.
That's it! If you've subscribed in the past and are currently not subscribed in the present, you can play an MMORPG for free this week.
