The weapons that you will find in The Order: 1886 are Tesla-esque in nature and emulating Victorian-Era aesthetics.
Every weapon in The Order: 1886 was crafted under specific designs. Ready At Dawn took both real weapons and weapons of their own invention to make sure they were grounded in the world of the 1800's, that they had a prototype stage feel, and that each weapon allowed for diversity in combat.
The Order: 1886 is defined by the war between humans and half-breeds – the entire Industrial Revlolution was born from it. Each weapon, the Carbine, Coach Gun, Maschinenpistole, Thermite Rifle and Arc Gun were crafted with the intention of having humans win the war in The Order: 1886.
