It was a big year for Formula One; new rules were introduced, new cars, older circuits were revived and new ones were added.
The changes didn't simply begin and end on the track though, the changes also made the jump to F1 2014 – the only official Formula One video game.
The changes were detailed in the video above, but here's a breakdown:
- New driver evaluation system: Depending on your evaluation scores the system will suggest a game setting that suits your ability.
- Re-graded difficulty settings: Includes a new Very Easy mode, it will enable those that are new to the series to race competitively, quickly.
- Wider range of career options: Experience the excitement and drama of races and seasons, without required practice, qualifying and races sessions or completing each GRAND PRIX on the 2014 calendar.
If you're a veteran of the series you will still be able to choose options to simulate full seasons and tune their settings.
F1 2014 is racing on to the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 17th.
After F1 2014 releases keep your eyes peeled for a new announcement from Codemasters concerning the new FORMULA 1 for 2015 that will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
