GAME SUMMARY
Lemmings is a beautifully simple and instantly addictive game to play! The aim of the game is to get as many of the cute little Lemmings from the entrance point to an exit point safely within a set time limit. As they appear from the entrance point, the Lemmings will do what comes naturally to them: they’ll just start walking, and they won’t stop or do anything else unless you give them orders. If you don’t help them, they’ll walk off cliffs, through traps and straight into oceans of boiling lava. You have 8 different commands which you can assign to an individual Lemming, to help him save himself or his fellows. Using these you can navigate chasms, reach high places and even dig through rock. Sometimes it’s even necessary to sacrifice a lemming (or several!) for the good of the community. Fast thinking is required to save the Lemmings, as a misplaced command (you only have a limited number to give!) or failure to give a command at the right time can spell disaster!
